Tina’s Programs
Big Sisters
Our core offering. Each girl is paired with a compassionate, vetted mentor — a “Big Sister” — who provides guidance, encouragement, and emotional support. Mentors meet with their Little Sisters regularly for check-ins, activities, and heart-to-hearts.
Etiquette & Confidence Building
In these workshops, we teach our girls how to carry themselves with grace and pride. From table manners to communication skills to personal hygiene and self-presentation — we help them build inner and outer confidence.
Because knowing how to show up in the world starts with knowing your worth.
Tutoring & Academic Support
Our tutors help with reading, writing, math, homework, and test preparation. We also offer encouragement and teach study habits that stick — because school shouldn’t feel like a battle.
Cooking Classes
We make the kitchen a classroom of culture, self-care, and independence. Girls learn how to make simple meals, understand nutrition, and find joy in feeding themselves and others.
Dance & Movement Therapy
These classes combine choreography, freestyle movement, and emotional release. Dance helps our girls express feelings they might not have words for — while having fun and building strength.
Jewelry Making & Art Therapy
Hands-on creative sessions where girls design their own jewelry, paint, draw, and create vision boards. These activities encourage self-expression, patience, and pride in their individuality.

Financial Literacy for Girls
We teach age-appropriate lessons on budgeting, saving, money mindset, and entrepreneurship.
Because knowing how to manage money is one of the most empowering skills a young woman can have.
Voice Lessons & Creative Writing Courses
Girls explore the power of their own voice — through singing, spoken word, poetry, and journaling. These programs are deeply healing and help develop confidence, articulation, and emotional clarity.

A Listening Ear: Grief Support Circles
A Listening Ear: Grief Support Circles
We host regular support groups where girls can talk about their grief, their memories, and the weight they carry. Led by trained facilitators and grounded in sisterhood, these are safe, sacred spaces.
Because grieving should never be done in silence or shame.
